The intention of the On-Site Assessment is to review your current payroll processes, identify any gaps, make recommendations that strengthen your internal controls, streamline processes and optimize efficiencies.

What to Expect?

Prior to the on-site assessment, I will send you a questionnaire on which the assessment will be based. This allows for efficiency and overall project cost savings.

During the on-site assessment, I will meet with designated payroll staff to have a thorough discussion of all items on the questionnaire and any related topics.

After the on-site assessment, I will provide a written report that includes:

• Areas recommended for improvement/streamlining
• Description of recommended process improvements
• Expected outcomes, such as wage and hour compliance or payroll taxes paid accurately and timely
• Customized consulting implementation proposal
