My Initial Consultation is intended to determine how I can be of assistance to your company. I offer a 30-minute initial consultation, in person, over the phone or via Skype.

During the consultation, we will have an opportunity to connect and determine your high level needs and objectives. Based on our conversation, I will offer my preliminary recommendations and possible steps for working together.

Process Improvement is what it’s all about!

After the initial consultation, I recommend we start with an On-site Assessment, during which we will review your current payroll processes and identify any gaps. I will provide a written report of specific recommendations to streamline and optimize your payroll processes. The ultimate goal is accurate and timely payrolls and W-2’s.

Implementation

Changes are an opportunity to make improvements!

I can provide assistance with projects to:

  • Implement new or upgraded payroll and timekeeping systems (US, international and multi-country) and interfaces to/from other systems (i.e. HR, benefits, 401k provider)
  • Set up new companies (i.e. mergers, acquisitions) in payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Create naming convention of key data points in payroll systems (i.e. earnings and deductions)
  • Create naming convention of key data policies and profiles in timekeeping systems (i.e. pay rules, paid time off accruals)
